What does your donation mean to Orion Communities?

  • It means we can give a woman and her children a place to stay for the night when they have lost their home and she needs time to develop a plan.
  • It means we provide a food gift card to a young couple with a baby to bridge the gap until the next paycheck.
  • It means we can provide bus far for a man to get to work when his car broke down and he doesn’t have the funds for repair just yet.
  • It means we can keep the lights on in an office so we can listen to our clients and help develop a plan to move towards increased self-reliance.
  • We are a 501(c) (3) certified organization – all donations are tax deductible!

No donation is too small. All of our funding comes from non-government sources and donations. Thank you for helping us help those facing poverty, mental illness, unemployment and unexpected life challenges.
