President: Keith Burress – Keith has worked for AIDS service organizations for over 20 years including management responsibilities. He has run support groups for children and adults. He has served on several Boards in the past. Currently Keith is on the Boards of Hub of Hope and The Community Coalition. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Secretary: Kathy Magas Wilson, MSW – For 30 years, Kathy has worked in the human service/social service field. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Kathy has a B.S. in Human Development and a Masters of Social Work.
Treasurer: Karen Snyder – Karen has worked in Business/Financial Analysis for over 23 years in healthcare IT private sector. She is an active member of her parish and has served in several ministries including pastoral counseling, hospice and a winter shelter for the homeless. She also is involved in animal rescue. Karen received a B.S in Mathematics and an M.A. in Pastoral Theology.
Past President: Ken George – Ken held several executive positions related to housing, homes and hospitals, and urban ministry before retiring in 2009. He also serves on additional Boards – Esperanza Legal Immigration Board and his local home owner’s association.
Member: Art Munson – Art retired as an executive in 1998; his duties included operations, sales, marketing, human resources and cost accounting. In retirement, Art has served on many Boards and now serves on Habitat for Humanity of Chester County and Camp Swatara.
Member: Glenn Moses – Glenn has been a Board member for over 10 years. Orion assisted him in getting his first job as part of its initiative to serve people with disabilities.
Member: Larry Way – After a 35 year career as manager at an industrial manufacturing company, Larry has been a director of a commercial bank for over10 years. He has an MBA and serves as a Board member of the Phoenixville Public Library and is an English as a second language tutor.
Member: Kara Bielli – Kara is a faculty member and administrator at a private high school. She has a B.A. in English and a J.D. She practiced law before transitioning to a career in education and service.
