Crisis Management

From Crisis to Stability
ORION COMMUNITIES has a team of case managers who provide assistance in periods of transition, crisis or change.
At Orion, we know how just one event – a health issue, reduced hours at work, the loss of reliable transportation – can completely upend the stability of a family that's already struggling. When families come to us in crisis, our team serves as their first line of support, helping to provide solutions in moments of uncertainty. Our dedicated professional case managers listen with empathy, offering compassion, understanding, and referrals to various resources to those in desperate need. They triage each case, identifying urgent needs and working with the client to identify a path forward.
